The Athletic Training Room at Dickinson State University provides
traditional athletic training services to all student-athletes attending
Dickinson State University. Services provided include injury prevention
(taping, bracing, padding), management of athletic injuries, and
rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Whenever possible, the
professional staff will educate the injured athlete about the injury
they have sustained so he or she can take control of the rehabilitation
Tim Kreidt - Head Athletic Trainer
Tim Kreidt is in his 16th year as DSU’s Head Athletic Trainer. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at the University of North Dakota and a Master of Science degree in Sports Management at St. Cloud State University.
Prior to Dickinson State University, Kreidt worked for St. John’s University and MedCenter One Health Systems. Kreidt has extensive athletic training experience, having worked with athletes in every major sport in addition to professional rodeo and semi-professional football.
Kreidt resides North of Dickinson with his wife Amy and three children Jevon, Claire and Anna.

Jordan Wetzel- Assistant Athletic Trainer
Jordan Wetzel is entering her 3rd year as an athletic trainer for Dickinson State University. Prior to coming to Dickinson, Jordan was a Patient Care Coordinator for Bridger Orthopedic & Sports Medicine in Bozeman, MT working under a pain management/spine specialist, Dr. Eugene Slocum. While in Bozeman, Jordan also volunteered as an athletic trainer for the Montana State University Bobcat football team where she helped work the sidelines during games.
Jordan got her start in athletic training at Montana State University-Nothern in Havre, MT, where she graduated with honors in 2011 with her bachelors degree in Health Promotions as well as a minor in Business Technology. She also received the "Student Excellence Award" given to 10 graduating students who show exemplary leadership, academic excellence, and dedication to the university.
After completing her undergrad, Jordan moved to Billings, MT to attend graduate school at Montana State University Billings to pursue her master's degree in Athletic Training. After two years of rigorous course work and clinical rotations, Jordan graduated from Montana State University Billings in May of 2013 with her Master's in Athletic Training.
Jordan made the move to Dickinson, ND in July of 2014 when she was offered an athletic training position at Therapy Solutions. At Therapy Solutions, Jordan helps out with various tasks such as drug testing, pre-employment testing, and other various duties at the front office. She spends most of her afternoons and weekends working at Dickinson State University as an assistant athletic trainer to Tim Kreidt, ATC where coverage is provided for practices and games.
Originally from Stanford, Montana, Jordan resides in Dickinson with her husband Justin Wetzel and her white lab "fur baby" Remi.
