    Welcome DAC Baseball Fans! The Dakota Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament will take place from Wednesday, May 4th through Saturday, May 7th at Southside Baseball Complex in Dickinson, N.D. Dickinson State University will serve as the host institution.

    Dickinson, N.D. - The Blue Hawk baseball team was the recipient of eleven Dakota Athletic Conference honors this afternoon. Dickinson State had a number of players named to DAC 1st Team, 2nd Team, and Gold Glove All-Conference Teams. Leading the way for DSU was Derek Carley (Jr., Helena, Mont.), who was named DAC Baseball Player of the Year.

    Dickinson State's baseball team added two more wins today to their record as they swept a doubleheader against Dakota State 5-3 and 13-0. In game one Bronson Collins (Sr., Livermore, Calif.) picked up the win as the Hawks hurler.

    Lewiston, ID - While Russell Graham kicked off DSU's baseball season on a high note, singling to left field in the Hawks first at bat of 2011, Dickinson State was unable to top the College of Idaho in a pair of games today. DSU fell to COI by scores of 4-0 and 11-3.
  • Dickinson State's Kevin Park Named As Baseball Preseason All-American

    Blue Hawk, Kevin Park was named to the NAIA Preseason All-America team today. Park, a 2010 NAIA Baseball All-America Honorable Mention selection, broke DSU single season records for both homers (19) and RBI (78) last spring. He finished the year with a .371 batting average with a slugging percent of .800. Park was also named to the All-DAC first team and selected to the DAC Gold Glove team at 3rd base.
  • Emard Named Interim Baseball Coach at Dickinson State

    Dickinson, ND - Andy Emard, assistant Blue Hawk baseball coach, was named interim baseball coach today. He replaces Duane Monlux, who accepted the head baseball post at Bellevue University, Neb.
