DICKINSON, N.D. – Dickinson State fell to Westminster College on Thursday (Feb. 6), 104-62. Junior Tevin Russell notched 15 points. The Blue Hawks are now 7-16 overall and 2-8 in Frontier Conference games.
Tallon Robertson led Westminster's offense with 23 points; Jordan Pryor added 18, while Colton Moon and Blake Skidmore recorded 14 and 12 respectively. Robertson also led the Griffins with eight rebounds. Westminster finished with 36 rebounds, 20 assists, and a shooting percentage of 63.8.
Russell led the Blue Hawks with 15 points. Senior Ty Ackelson finished the night with 11 points of his own. Ackelson, senior Isiah Thomas, and junior Mackenson Odenier each grabbed three rebounds. Senior Robbie Morey picked up three steals and one block. Dickinson State finished with 23 rebounds, eight assists, seven steals, and a shooting percentage of 38.8
The Blue Hawks are back on the court on Saturday (Feb. 8) against The University of Montana-Western. Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m.
