DICKINSON, ND- Konner Goettsche, a 6’6 sharp shooter from Plymouth MN, has signed to play basketball for Dickinson State University.
Goettsche played the past two years at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND, where he averaged 10.5 ppg, shot 40% from the 3pt line in conference play and was a team captain. Goettsche also helped the Wildcats to back to back Conference titles and a trip the the NJCAA national tournament.
“Konner is a skilled player who can pass and shoot the ball at 6’6, the kid is a winner and played in a program that was 54-14 the past two seasons. He comes from a great family and is going to be a great fit to the community and program,” said Head Coach Justin Wetzel.
“I chose DSU because it’s a place where I can come and compete to win a championship, and earn a degree,” said Goettsche.
Konner attend Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in Minnesota where he was a standout and all-conference selection in Basketball, football and baseball.
