DSU Men's Basketball Signs Two More

DICKINSON, ND- Dickinson State men's basketball has announced the signing of forward Ethan Caton and guard Donte Walker to NAIA Letters of Intent.

Caton, a 6'7 forward played the last three years at Adams State in Alamosa, CO. Ethan is tough, hard-nosed player that averaged 4 ppg and 4 rpg while playing more than 20 minutes per game. "Ethan will be a great leader on and off the floor for our team. Having already been a part of a successful program he knows what it takes to win at a high level." Coach Vaughan

Ethan plans to major in Business Marketing. "I chose DSU because it seemed like a really good school and environment for me. I'm excited to get to work with the rest of the team at DSU."

Donte Walker comes to Dickinson State from Modesto Junior College in Modesto, CA. Walker, a 5'10 guard averaged 14.3 ppg 3.2 rpg and 3.6 apg while shooting 42% from the three point line for a team that won 20 games last season. "Donte can really shoot the basketball, and his leadership was a key piece in his team's success this year. We are really looking forward to working with him." Coach Vaughan

Donte wanted to go out of state for school. "I chose DSU to continue my education and athletic career because it was the best opportunity for me and it's always been a dream of mine to be recruited to an out of state school. I'm excited to be a Blue Hawk and cannot wait to get started!"
